As one of the Artemis systems, Pressurized Rover is being developed by Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA). Since this system has $\mathbf{1 1}$ months of uncrewed phase in a year, robotic arm system is installed to perform exploration tasks efficiently. Many robotic arms have been developed and operated in space development, but a robotic arm to operate on the Moon presents unique challenges. In this paper, requirements and concept of robotic arm system for the Pressurized Rover are introduced. Unique challenge such as regolith dust mitigation is described, and candidate technologies to mitigate the issue are presented and discussed.
