Fly-by control is the key technique of autonomous rendezvous and docking between chaser and incoordinated target.Focusing on the in-plane fly-by control, the paper describes the division of two approach orbits started from a fly-by orbit and then uses the improved two-impulse control under the perturbations to achieve the orbit control based on the dynamic characteristics of two-impulse orbit approach. In the meantime of the fly-by control, the accumulation of several impulses applied at one time within the allowable errors can greatly reduce relative errors caused by the small single-impulse.Finally,the simulation results indicate that this algorithm can achieve the control of fly-by orbit, and make the benefits of agile design and energy saving.
